Principal & Founder
Josh Miles loves branding, design, meeting new people, writing, playing volleyball, and traveling with his family. So it’s no surprise that he drinks a lot of coffee.
As the principal and founder of Miles Design, Josh’s role consists of driving brand strategy, building relationships with clients, and fostering a team of people who are passionate about branding, design, and client experience.
Josh is the author of the book “Bold Brand: The New Rules for Differentiating, Branding, and Marketing Your Professional Services Firm”. His expertise has become highly sought after by professional services firms, including architecture firms, legal practices, engineering offices, and software companies.
Josh serves on the board of directors for OasNet, an international church planting and resourcing organization, and incoming board member for AAF Indianapolis. Josh is also involved in several other start-up tech companies based in Indianapolis. He is a long-time member of AIGA (the professional association for design), and he served three years as the Indianapolis chapter president.
Though his free time is rare these days, Josh enjoys all those activities he gets caffeinated for: reading, meeting new people, playing guitar and volleyball. He also loves to spend quality time and travel with his wife April and their two children, Meg and Griffin. While he is passionate about helping clients build stronger brands, he most hopes his children will remember him as the best dad ever.
